1. ADA Compliant Bathroom Suite

When this homeowner received a VA grant for home modification due to visual disability, they trusted Kleeberger Contracting Services to transform that investment into a space that truly enhanced safety, comfort, and daily living.

This project was a complete ground-up home addition, expanding the footprint of the house to create a spacious, fully ADA-compliant primary bathroom suite. Our team handled every phase – from the foundation and crawlspace to the framing, roofline tie-in, utilities, and all interior details.

Inside, we designed a thoughtful and accessible layout featuring a custom zero-entry tile shower, secure grab bars, a handheld + rain shower system, and a glass wall for openness and maneuverability. The dual vanity provides both beauty and functionality, while upgraded lighting and large-format flooring improve visibility and accessibility throughout the space.

We also enhanced the exterior with new siding and stonework, seamlessly integrating the addition into the original home.
