9. Under Budget Fixer-Upper

Upon meeting with Andy and Susie for the first time to discuss their upcoming bathroom remodel project, Susie shared her hopes for this “Joanna Gaines Special.” It’s always a fun challenge to try and execute the HGTV look on a “real-life” budget. While the potential price tag left Andy not nearly as excited as Susie, the small 45 square foot space would help keep costs down.

Working in close collaboration with these two wonderful people, we were able to complete this project with days to spare and were significantly under budget. Now, when you walk into this modern farmhouse styled bathroom and close the door, it feels like you have been transported to a Chip and Joanna Gaines “Fixer-Upper” bathroom somewhere in Texas. With materials sourced from a number of our favorite vendors in the Northwest Ohio area, this is truly a custom remodel planned for and completed with the love and care that family has for each other.
